Owner Sherry Anderson has been winning over the Upper Cumberland one cheesecake at a time through the loved cheesecake truck, and now Cookeville has a permanent spot to pop in for a treat🍰!![]()

A family run operation with heart baked into everything they do, the new takeout location features petite cheesecakes, whole cheesecakes with delicious toppings, individual slices, dipped cheesecake slices, frozen dipped bananas, and cheesecake parfaits, with rotating flavors that give you a great reason to keep coming back. Make your voice heard by casting your ballot early at the Putnam County Election Commission, located at 705 County Services Drive. During early voting (July 17-August 1) the office is open as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-7pm AND Saturday 9am-1pm. ![]()

This morning we broke ground on South Willow Avenue with the Funderburk Family McDonald's, and their newest location at the Willows Shopping Center!![]()

Their newest location will be the Funderburk’s sixth in Putnam County, bringing 70 new jobs to the community. As a third generation owner/operator family known for giving back to Cookeville for over 30 years, their investment bring immense opportunities for so many. ![]()

Today we had the privilege of celebrating 80 years of Vaughn's Monument Works, a family owned and operated Cookeville business that has been serving this community with care and craftsmanship since 1946!![]()

Charles and Beatrice Vaughn founded the business shortly after World War II, following Charles's service in the Army Air Forces, and what they built from the ground up has never left the family. Now in its third generation, David Vaughn carries that legacy forward today alongside his niece and nephew, Suzi and Eric. They have called this location home since 1971.![]()

Vaughn's specializes in custom headstones, monuments, urns, cremation monuments, benches, vases, and pet memorials, with each piece handcrafted to be as unique as the person being honored.![]()

Eighty years of serving families through some of life's most tender moments is no small thing. Congratulations to the Vaughn family on this extraordinary legacy. Cookeville is so grateful to have you!

Today we got to cut a ribbon and play some games! We celebrated the grand opening of Zoned Out Gaming Lounge and their new brick and mortar location🎮![]()

What started as a mobile gaming bus has now upgraded into a full lounge! The loved bus is now parked inside the large space and has an additional room with six Smart TVs and space for up to 18 players, all loaded with the latest consoles and hottest games. And the fun does not stop there. Guests can also enjoy billiards, cornhole, arcade basketball, card games, and more, making Zoned Out the perfect spot for birthday parties, family nights, team events, or just a great hangout with friends.![]()
