Stacey Baxter joined the Highlands Economic Partnership as a Highlands Training Center Specialist in November 2022. Before coming to the Highlands Economic Partnership, Stacey was an administrative coordinator at Mustard Seed Ranch for 6 years. During that time, she served as volunteer coordinator, helping with all fundraising events and public relations. She is still serving as the Cinderella Ball event coordinator and the Mayhem for MSR Committe. Baxter also served as the Student/Trainer Coordinator for Averitt from 2006 - 2010, where she was responsible for interviewing drivers, matching students and trainers to ensure they were up-to-date on latest industry standards and was responsible for overseeing time allocation and payroll details for students and trainers. |
Stacey has experience in marketing and advertising with radio and newsprint. She was also employed with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department for over 11 years. Stacey has lived in Cookeville for 29 years where she has been incredibly involved with the community. She has served on the Cookeville Youth Football Board and has also been a member of the Baseball Players Association of Tennessee. Stacey has served on the following committees: Cookeville High School Football Booster, Cookeville High School Baseball Booster, Relay for Life, and Susan G. Komen Stacey attended Lindsay Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky majoring in Human Services. |
